I wish I had changed sooner to Progressive. Not only is the cost almost half of what I was paying before, but the customer service department is the best I’ve ever dealt with for any reason. Very clear easy to follow website for setting up your insurance and when I called with questions the customer service team was like chatting with a very knowledgeable friend. Super happy I switched.

Apparently loyalty doesn't mean anything any more. I just left a company I had been with for 20 years that treated me very badly. I'm very happy where I am now.
